Genesis is a ministry for single-again men and women of all ages who are separated or divorced and who are at any level of recovery.
The Genesis Community provides a positive format to constructively address the many issues of separation, divorce, and marital loss with a goal of helping attendees to build a new and healthy life.
Christian growth and development of a healthy lifestyle are emphasized in all class offerings. Members and visitors alike are drawn to the warmth that is a trademark of the group.
The Genesis group is facilitated by Rob and Genie Horton. Rob and Genie have a collective 20 years experience working with the separated and divorced. Having experienced the trauma of divorce themselves, they have a personal perspective as well as a heart for the Genesis ministry, and their unique blend of personal experience and lay training help to provide an encouraging and informative group environment.
Genesis is led by a leadership team, whose members are all single again and have gone through the Genesis program; they also have a desire to minister to those experiencing the pain of separation, divorce, or other relationship loss. |

Genesis meets:
- Wednesday night with CR beginning Feb 3rd in the Fellowship Hall. Optional dinner begins at 6:00 pm.
- Sundays from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in room A3227/28.
