Servant Team boo-ya Sheets
GoldRush is a week-long conference led by students from Perimeter Church. It takes place the week of July 6th-10th. Perimeter's students powerfully challenge their peers to grow in their walk with Christ through testimonies, drama, worship, small groups and more.
PARENTS WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS WORK!!!
We are looking for volunteers to help with chaperoning overnight and our daily trips to Six Flags, Well Spring , apartment ministries and security. Please prayerfully consider helping out this week.
Below is a list of our current needs:
1.Day Chaperones Van DriversTeam
Tuesday
JHI rising 8th and 9th
Number of Adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30-6:30pm
Responsibility:
To serve as an adult chaperone for the day at Six Flags and then take students back to Simpsonwood for their showers and join them for dinner in the dining Hall at Simpsonwood and then drive them back to Perimeter Church arriving at 6:30pm.
Wednesday
Senior High rising 10th and up
Number of adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibility:
To serve as an adult chaperone for the day at Six Flags and then take students back to Simpsonwood and join them for dinner in the dining Hall at Simpsonwood and then drive them back to Perimeter Church arriving at 6:30pm.
Thursday
JHI- rising 8th and 9th grade students
Number of adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibility:
To go with and chaperone the Perimeter Students at their day activity of missions projects in Chamblee/Doraville area and then return them to Simpsonwood for their showers and join them for dinner in the dining Hall at Simpsonwood and then drive them back to Perimeter Church arriving at 6:30pm.
2. Day Chaperones BUS RidersTeam
Tuesday
Senior High rising 10th and up
Number of Adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30-5:30pm
Responsibility:
To serve as an adult chaperone for the day at WellSpring Home for Women and Girls in helping to build cottages and then riding with students back to Simpsonwood and getting a ride from some volunteers to take you back to church by 5:30pm.
Wednesday
JHI- rising 8th and 9th
Number of Adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30-5:30pm
Responsibility:
To serve as an adult chaperone for the day at WellSpring Home for Women and Girls in helping to build cottages and then riding with students back to Simpsonwood and getting a ride from some volunteers to take you back to church by 5:30pm
Thursday
Senior High rising 10th and up
Number of Adults needed: 15
Time Commitment: 10:30am-5:30pm

3.Night Chaperones Team
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Time Commitment: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Number of Adults needed: 15 people for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Responsibility:
Stay in the room with Sr. High Students serving as an adult chaperone.
JHI- rising 8th and 9th
Time Commitment: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Number of Adults needed: 20 people for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Responsibility:
Stay in the room with Jr High Students serving as an adult chaperone. If you are not a van drivers for the students you can go to Simpsonwood and meet you students at the room at 10:30pm.
We also need some of the overnight chaperones to drive vans back to Perimeter Church in the morning for Jhi students.
4. Security Team
Time Commitment: 5:30-7 PM, 7-9PM OR 9-11:00 PM (shifts), Monday-Wednesday night
Thursday night 5:30-7 PM, 7-9PM OR 9-12:00 AM
Number of Adults needed: 6 adults for each shift, each night
Responsibility:
Assist the Perimeter Security team by acting as hall monitor when students are in the building
5. Thursday Night Lock in
For all students both Jhi and Sr High
Time Commitment: 12:30am to 7:00am
Number of Adults needed: 20
Responsibility: To serve as security for students during the night.
