Help Feed Homeless with PJ Man
Perimeter Church Ongoing
This is a great opportunity for small groups to serve together to help feed the homeless with the PJ Man Project. The PJ Man is a compassionate barber in Peachtree Corners (PTC) who delivers meals to the homeless on a weekly basis. The volunteer group would purchase and assemble about 100 food packs that contain: a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, a bag of chips, a piece of soft fruit and a treat such as a rice krispie treat or cookie. It involves just a few hours of service and is typically done on a Sunday afternoon before a Monday morning delivery.
Referral for Members in Need
Perimeter Church Ongoing
Do you know of a member in our Perimeter PTC family who is experiencing a financial hardship? If so this an opportunity to find out more about a special Deacon’s Fund that is set aside to specifically help our members in need. Please visit www.perimeter.org/deaconcare to get an overview of this ministry. A brief form is included on this website just below the overview to request assistance. Once a request is submitted, a deacon will be in contact with the member to determine how to help. You can also click below to have a deacon in Peachtree Corners contact you to answer any questions about this ministry.
Join the PTC Meal Train Ministry
Perimeter Church Ongoing
This is a new ministry opportunity to serve those in our community who would be blessed by having a prepared meal delivered to their home. The goal of this ministry is to provide temporary help for those who are sick or physically unable to prepare a meal, or to comfort those who are recently bereaved of a loved one. The scope of the ministry would be to serve members of our Perimeter Family as well our neighbors who we are seeking to minister to in word and deed. Click below if you are interested in volunteering as a coordinator or as someone who could occasionally prepare a meal to bless a family in need. You can also click below to have a deacon in Peachtree Corners contact you to answer any questions about this ministry.

city assessment

In 2019, the Impact Peachtree Corners leadership began an investigation to discover the assets of the city and the greatest barriers to flourishing for individuals and families in the city. The evaluation considered information gathered from residents, community leaders, and available public data to discern specific local needs.

The final assessment revealed a "tale of two cities" where the economic and upward mobility opportunities of the most diverse two school districts were quite limited compared to those in the more affluent and less diverse (though rapidly changing) school district.  Some of these disparities became even more pronounced during the recent pandemic.

The results of this assessment provided direction for identifying specific areas of opportunity for our members and our partners to engage together toward the flourishing of individuals, families, and the whole city.

Impact Peachtree Corners will focus on three primary mission goals: blessing individuals, families, and the city.
