Welcome to Perimeter
We are pleased that you have chosen to visit our web site and we hope you will come and visit us in person as well. As you explore our site you'll notice that we have a lot to offer the families and individuals in our community, including things for children of all ages as well as adults, no matter what their age or stage of life (single, married, divorced, widowed, whatever). Perimeter is a truly a come as you are church. It's a safe place to explore the truths of Christianity and it's a great place to experience growth and community.
Our services feature a blend of traditional hymns with contemporary praise songs, and will often feature drama, personal testimonies, and dance - providing a dynamic and impacting time of worship. We were all created to worship and at Perimeter Church our desire is to help you worship well.

Join us for the 2017 Young Families Weekend. If you have a child under the age of 12, come together with your family - and others like yours for an amazing weekend of Building Hearts. Think of it as a retreat - without having to retreat. Friday and Saturday, May 5-6, families will come together at Perimeter for a weekend of teaching, activities, fun, and community - all towards the goal of teaching families about Building Hearts.
If the floors of your house are a minefield of legos and toys - you know that parenting can be messy business. But what if instead of just cleaning up the mess - you were able to use it for the building up of your child towards a life devoted to God? Sound crazy?
We’ll hear from Pastors Jeff Norris and Monte Starkes, as they help parents of young children think through what it means not just to parent reactively, but forming a plan to strategically build up the hearts of your children - even when that means getting a little messy along the way.
With rich teaching, a unique, DIY Friday night activity sure to give your family a crazy evening to remember, activities for your children, and a fabulous Family picnic and a movie under the stars on Saturday night - you won’t want to miss this weekend.

FRIDAY NIGHT DIY FAMILY RETREAT - That’s right. Friday night, you’ll take home a “Build Your Own Retreat” Kit - filled with activities for families of all types. Head home, and build your own family evening together. You’ll find crazy game ideas (Hot Lava with the couch cushions anyone? Camping in the Living room?), a build-your-own-dessert package, and an easy and fun family devotion (with special activities for kids in all ages and stages). You build the night best for your family - then come back Saturday morning and share what you did!
SATURDAY FAMILY CARNIVAL – Children of all ages will enjoy our family carnival! We’ll have bounce houses and other fun games set up in the parking lot behind the annex. You can come and stay for the whole afternoon or just stop by for a little while if you want to take small children home for a nap. The carnival will be open until dinner is served so you can come by at any time!
SOJOURN ROPES COURSE - Families with children in kindergarten and up can choose to participate on the ropes course. Sojourn facilitators will guide groups of families through age appropriate activities designed to help families connect, have fun with one another, and experience some adventure together as a family. All participants need to sign a waiver and dress appropriately to participate. Click here to print your waiver and see more details about Sojourn programming.
SATURDAY FREE TIME/OFF CAMPUS ACTIVITY OF YOUR CHOICE - If you have little ones you need to take home for a nap or you would just like to do something on your own with your family for Saturday afternoon that is fine. We’ll provide a list of activities in the area your family can go and do at a discounted rate!
NAPTIME CHILDCARE is available on Saturday afternoon for children ages 3 and under. Please bring your own pack-n-play (and blankets/loveys) that will help your child to sleep well for this time. You’ll need to check all your children out for lunch and bring them back if you have chosen to enroll them in naptime childcare. Also, be sure to note that naptime childcare ends at 3:30 PM so you will have to send a parent to pick up the little one by then and bring them back to join your family at the Sojourn or carnival activities.
SATURDAY EVENING PICNIC AND MOVIE - Saturday evening, gather your family on a blanket for a fun family picnic and movie night under the stars! Each family will get a picnic dinner, and we’ll have a blast with the kids running wild! (Join us in praying for good weather!)
Friday evening we will be having a Family Fiesta Dinner in the Fellowship Hall to kickoff the weekend. All children are invited to attend dinner and the opening program but childcare is available for children under the age of 5, and recommended for children ages 3 and under, so that you can more easily enjoy your dinner with your spouse and older children.
For the little ones (ages 0-5), childcare will look like an extended version of Sunday morning nursery. Little ones who are in the nursery on Friday evening will have pizza for dinner unless the parents bring food and specify that they don't want them to have pizza.
The older children (ages 6-12) will be attending the opening program and dinner Friday evening with their parents. Saturday morning they will be having a music and teaching time as well as an activity period.
The cost of the retreat will cover all children's activities, dinner on Friday night, light breakfast for adults on Saturday morning, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and the Carnival, Sojourn activities, and the movie on the lawn. The cost is $90 per couple + $20 for each child 2 and under + $25 for each child 3 and over. The "naptime" childcare on Saturday afternoon will be an additional $5 per child.
