Boy With A Ball | Love your City

Love Your City takes place every Saturday from 11 to 1:30. We meet at the Nett Church off Jimmy Carter Blvd. to welcome and brief volunteers, and then go over to the community (Sarah Court NW, Norcross, GA 30093) at 11:45 AM to visit with families and tutor the young people.

Afterward, all volunteers are welcome to join us for lunch at Plaza Las Americas- this is not mandatory, though certainly fun. Contact Contact Maria Lao at to learn more.

Connecting with Our Schools
We were excited to begin making connections with our schools in the Norcross area last year. Working with Community Outreach, we have been able to provide "thank you" bags to Summerour bus drivers and holiday lunches to Summerour teachers and staff. We look forward to making contact with our many other schools during the coming year. If you are interested in joining this effort or have existing connections, please reach out to Julie Rutkowski, our education lead.
Freezer Meals Ministry

This ministry is designed to meet the immediate needs of families in our church. The meals are distributed to families for a variety of reasons which include death or illness in the family, an urgent need for immediate food (while working with the deacons to provide additional resources), or another crisis. The meals are distributed by the Shepherdesses based on information they have from speaking with church members or that they receive from those concerned about a family.

Please fill out the form and we contact you with information on meal preparation, recipes and a time to meet!
