Catie Francoeur
Catie Francoeur
Catie has been a member of Perimeter Church for 12 years. She has participated in discipleship for the majority of her time at Perimeter, served in children’s ministry in the nursery, and currently leads a JHi discipleship group. Her husband, Jeff, is a former MLB player. Throughout their time in baseball, they became heavily involved in raising money for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, as well as other pediatric hospitals around the United States. They remain involved in CHOA by hosting an annual Homerun Derby benefiting the hospital.
Having previously taught high school English, Catie is passionate about children of all ages and furthering the kingdom of God through them. She served as JCUMC PTO President for two years and she currently serves on JCUMC Preschool Board. She also serves on FCA Coaches Wives board and coordinates two drives annually benefiting children through the Norcross Co-op. Catie’s other passion is giving. She owned a gift boutique for many years and loves to help others show their love by giving in any capacity.
Catie now stays at home with her three (soon to be four) children. While life has certainly become more lively, she remains dedicated to giving to others and furthering the gospel.

Lesley Gadegbeku
LESLEY GADEGBEKU
Lesley has been a member of Perimeter Church since 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Her areas of nursing practice include the adult Intensive Care and Neonatal Units. She has worked in many hospitals in Atlanta and across the country while serving as a travel nurse. Lesley is also a licensed real estate agent and has training as a court mediator.
As a lifelong advocate of women and children, she has been passionately involved in supporting charities and community programs that address the needs of these special groups.
Through active volunteerism, she has devoted time and resources to many charities, including The Atlanta Children’s Shelter, My Sisters House Atlanta, Chamblee Mercy Care, Battle Betty Foundation, Sister’s Network Inc. Free Mammograms, Operation Big Book Bag, Annual Youth Symposium, Swim 1922 Drowning Reduction, Project Cradle Care, Meals On Wheels Atlanta, The Atlanta Food Bank, Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, March of Dimes, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, and The WISH- Women in Science and Health Careers Network for High School Girls.
Within the Perimeter community, she has served as a lead teacher for the Saturday Night Kids Town program and as a camp nurse for Camp All-American. She currently serves as a Global Liaison on the Kingdom Investments Board.
Lesley is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.- whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for women and their families in the U.S. and globally through community service, social, and civic action. Membership provides her with a steady vehicle for community service. She has held offices on the local level and is currently chairwoman of two international committees. She also enjoys mentoring young women in successfully navigating career, family, and mature Christian development.
Lesley and her husband Philippe have lived in the Berkeley Lake community since 1991, where they enjoyed raising their daughter Zoë.
In addition to nursing and volunteerism, Lesley enjoys the creative outlets of ceramics, oil painting, and creative writing. Traveling is her favorite activity. She considers the opportunity to stick her toes in the sand next to her husband, Philippe, a special blessing!

Tom Rhodes
TOM RHODES
Tom joined Perimeter Church in 1990. He serves as a Perimeter Elder serving four terms on the Elder Ministry Team including Chair of the Finance Committee during three terms and Chair of the Pastor Nominating Committee for the senior pastor transition in 2019. Over the past twenty-five years, Tom has been actively involved in the development of the Perimeter Church campus providing leadership over design and construction of the facilities and several capital campaigns. Tom leads a men’s discipleship group and previously led youth discipleship groups. Outside of Perimeter, Tom serves on the Advisory Board for FamilyLife Blended Ministries and is a past Chairman of Providence Christian Academy.
Tom and his wife, Sam, have been married for 37 years. They have two adult sons who are both married and one granddaughter. Sam is also actively engaged in ministry at Perimeter having served on staff as Women’s Ministry Director and later as Director of Connect Groups overseeing the launch of that ministry initiative. Sam continues to teach women’s Bible Studies for Perimeter and in the community.
In the marketplace, Tom is Chairman and Partner of Meadows & Ohly, LLC, a comprehensive real estate firm that has served the healthcare industry for over 50 years. Over the course of Tom’s 35-year career with M&O, the firm has developed and owned more than $1 Billion in medical office buildings and now manages more than 12 million square feet of medical office space on hospital campuses across the Southeastern US. Tom retired from active management of the firm in March 2021 and now serves in an advisory role.

Pollye Pope
POLLYE POPE
Pollye has been a member of Perimeter Church for 13 years. She currently serves as a women’s discipleship leader, an invested volunteer at Perimeter Christian School, and executes fundraising initiatives for multiple non-profit ministries. Pollye has first-hand exposure to ministry-life, being raised as a pastor’s daughter, who ultimately went into full-time non-profit ministry. Pollye attended the University of Georgia, where she met her husband David.
Professionally, Pollye has served as EQUIP's Project Manager for Asia and the Middle East, facilitating leadership conferences training pastors and business leaders. Following these international endeavors, she spent five years pouring into the lives of local students through Perimeter’s student ministry, Watershed. She planned Goldrush (now called RUSH), a student-led conference, for multiple years before becoming a full-time stay-at-home-mother of three boys.
While her hands remain full, Pollye maintains a heart for charities, specifically by rebranding and fundraising for Fully Furnished Ministries, Promise686 and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Drew has attended Perimeter Church since 1985, with a brief (decade-long) interruption for undergrad at Hampden-Sydney College (in Virginia), a few years of work in the president’s office at Hampden-Sydney, and two years at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business to get his MBA. He has spent about 10 years in the life-on-life missional discipleship curriculum and recently led a small group of high school guys through four years at Watershed ministry. He has been an elder at Perimeter since the fall of 2020. He and his wife Sarah (whose family attended Perimeter Church in the late 80s and early 90s before moving to Briarwood Church in Birmingham in 1992) were married in October 2020 and live in Berkeley Lake.
Drew is the President of Prehmus Financial Partners, a boutique financial planning and wealth management firm in Peachtree Corners founded by his father, Warren Prehmus, a long time ago. Drew is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Wesleyan School and is the president of the Atlanta chapter of The Hampden-Sydney College Alumni Club. He also serves on the board of the Wilson Center for Leadership in the Public Interest at Hampden-Sydney, and he is the author of the biography of Lt. Gen. Samuel V. Wilson, for whom that center is named.
Drew remains an avid basketball player after beginning his career playing for the Red Team in the back rows of the River Green auditorium of Perimeter’s youth league in 1994. He and Sarah can often be found strolling around their neighborhood with their French Bulldog, Ziggy.

Mike Villa

Mike serves as a Perimeter Elder serving twice on both the Elder Ministry Team and the Kingdom Investments Board including acting as the Chair of the Finance committee for the EMT. Currently Mike is enjoying serving on the board of Kingdom Investments where the board is actively engaged in funding church plants, community ministries and global ministry impact areas. Kingdom Investments focuses on community ministries engaged in activities ranging from adoption and foster care, to vocational training, mercy and justice healthcare, education and other community services. Mike involvement at Perimeter also involved youth discipleship and youth ministries as well as adult discipleship.
Mike and his wife of 23 years, Holly have three children, all active in youth discipleship, Watershed, and one, working at Camp All-American.
In the marketplace, Mike is the President and COO of MedQuest Associates, Inc., a multisite outpatient diagnostic imaging company. Mike and Holly moved to Atlanta in 1998 to become a partner in MedQuest Associates as EVP of Development managing and directing MedQuest's growth through a combination of new facility development and turn-around acquisitions. Mike served as COO from 2000 to 2006 overseeing operations, business development, sales and marketing and IT as MedQuest grew to 100 facilities, 2,000 employees and $300MM in revenue. During this time MedQuest completed four private equity transactions and a public bond offering and became one of the most successful multi-site operators of high-technology medical clinics in the country.
In 2007, Mike co-founded Dominium Benefits leveraging his experience in healthcare to serve employers facing spiraling costs for healthcare coverage. Dominium grew to serve numerous large sophisticated companies both public and private and premier legal and service firms competing favorably against the most established consulting companies in the space. Following a successful exit in 2013 Mike was recruited back to MedQuest where he now works.

Ryan serves as a Perimeter Church Elder and as a member of the Kingdom Investments Board where the board is actively engaged in funding grants for church plants, community ministries and global ministry impact areas. Ryan leads a discipleship group at Perimeter Church. Ryan is a Perimeter School graduate and has been a member for over 15 years.
Ryan and his wife Erin, who previously worked in Global Outreach and Church Planting at Perimeter Church, have three girls and live in Berkeley Lake, GA.
Ryan is on The Board of Directors at The Study Hall. The Study Hall is an after school and summer camp program serving K - 5th graders in the greater Peoplestown community in Atlanta, offering an educational and enrichment curriculum.
In the marketplace, Ryan is a Senior Director at Hines where he leads all industrial/logistics developments and acquisitions for the region. Covering all Southeastern markets Wood is tasked with growing the industrial platform for the firm through ground-up developments and acqusitions. Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment, development and management firm, founded in 1957, with a presence in 214 cities in 24 countries and $120.6 billion of assets under management
Before joining Hines, Wood oversaw leasing, asset management, capital deployment and capital recycling efforts for Atlanta, Macon, Savannah, and Central Florida regions as Market Officer at IDI Logistics following his national role as Vice President of Corporate Development for the firm. Prior to IDI Logistics, Wood was part of JLL’s Industrial Services group where he was also a co-creator and patent holder of JLL’s proprietary geospatial tool - Blackbird™. Prior to JLL, Wood started his career with The Dilweg Companies, a private equity real estate firm in Durham, NC performing leasing, acquisition, and disposition services with a regional focus across the Carolinas and Virginia.
Ryan earned two degrees from Duke University: a BA in Sociology with certificate in Markets and Management, and a graduate degree in Humanities with a focus on Globalization and Social Capital.
