Salvation Army of Gwinnett | Holiday Food Box Packing

Every Wednesday of November | 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

3455 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA

Groups of 5 to 15 volunteers are needed each Wednesday. Volunteers are asked to bring shelf stable holiday foods and decorate boxes for these items to be packaged in. The decorated boxes of shelf stable holiday foods will be distributed by the Salvation Army’s Emergency Food Ministry to households in need along with frozen holiday turkeys/hams. North Gwinnett Co-op | Holiday Sponsorship

Pre-approved families of the North Gwinnett Co-Op are offered a holiday meal box at Thanksgiving and at Christmas. Additionally, the co-op needs community support to serve seniors and children through sponsorship. Sponsor a senior citizen, child, or a meal box for a family. For more information click below.



A Beacon of Hope | Holiday Baskets

Donate a Christmas gift basket for a new Mom or Dad in crisis! Potential gift ideas for moms: candle, written note, journal, gift card, lotion, candy. Ideas for dads: snacks, shaving cream, a men's devotional, coffee mug, gloves, scarf, hat. Drop off your gift basket during business hours by Nov. 29 to A Beacon of Hope’s clinic in Johns Creek.

Campus Church Community Thanksgiving Meal

We are invited each year to partner with Campus Church to help serve a free community Thanksgiving meal to more than 1,000 people living in the Norcross area on Thanksgiving Day. Volunteers are needed to help with the crafts and activities for children. Every year the kids area is a huge hit with all the families as Perimeter volunteers help the children with crafts and outside games/activities, weather permitting.
