Most people want to make a difference, but don’t know how. Through Perimeter’s nonprofit ministry partnerships, we make it simple for you to make an impact. We have formed ongoing relationships with many ministries around our city. Our partner organizations primarily serve the following people groups and challenges: homelessness, children, refugees, special needs, and human trafficking.

Family Heritage Foundation

The Family Heritage Foundation (FHF) aims to build safer communities and stronger families by supporting refugee families and at-risk children in Clarkston, Georgia. They provide various services, including after-school programs, summer camps, adult computer classes, and youth development initiatives.

Friends of Refugees

Friends of Refugees empowers resettled refugees and new Americans by offering support in well-being, education, and employment. They provide a range of services from birth support to literacy classes, helping individuals build abundant lives in America.

Frontline Response

Frontline Response focuses on rescuing individuals from sex trafficking and homelessness while providing prevention programs to vulnerable populations. Their outreach and emergency safe housing model has gained national recognition, along with initiatives like tutoring and homeless outreach.

Fully Furnished Ministries

Fully Furnished Ministries shares the gospel through furniture donations, serving individuals and families facing hardships such as natural disasters, refugee resettlement, or abuse. As the only furniture bank north of US-285, they facilitate connections between donors and those in need.

Georgia Center for Opportunity

The Georgia Center for Opportunity works to eliminate barriers to education, employment, and healthy family life, helping individuals transition from poverty to self-sufficiency. They form partnerships and provide resources aimed at uplifting their clients.

Good Samaritan Health Center

The Good Samaritan Health Center is committed to providing affordable health and dental care to low-income families in Atlanta. By offering a comprehensive range of services, they aim to bridge the healthcare gap, promoting long-term health for families.

H.O.P.E. Inc.

Hope Inc's mission is to help low-income single parents complete their college degrees by offering rent and childcare assistance, financial training, counseling, and social services.

Hi Hope Center

Hi Hope Center provides empowering services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting inclusion and quality of life. Their programs encompass community access, residential services, and employment support to help individuals live meaningful lives.

Home Repairs Ministries

Aims to support vulnerable homeowners by providing essential home repairs and modifications, focusing on assisting low-income widows, single mothers, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Their mission extends beyond physical repairs to encompass emotional healing through collaborative church service.
