Most people want to make a difference, but don’t know how. Through Perimeter’s nonprofit ministry partnerships, we make it simple for you to make an impact. We have formed ongoing relationships with many ministries around our city. Our partner organizations primarily serve the following people groups and challenges: homelessness, children, refugees, special needs, and human trafficking.

Perimeter Village supports foster and adoptive families in our church community. Their mission is to help these families thrive by providing practical assistance that addresses their needs, enabling them to care for vulnerable children effectively.

Proximity Gap Network closes gaps in community care by partnering with organizations and churches to provide essential resources to those in need.

Rainbow Villiage

Rainbow Village transforms the lives of homeless families through a long-term residential program focused on family stability, financial management, education, and career development, promoting initiative and accountability in personal growth.

Refuge Coffee Co.

Impact Focus:
Poverty
Refuge Coffee Co. provides job training, mentorship, and living-wage employment for resettled refugees in Atlanta, fostering a welcoming space for community connection through coffee and conversation.

Salvation Army of Gwinnett

Salvation Army of Gwinnett focuses on preaching the gospel and meeting human needs without discrimination, offering various faith-based services such as youth empowerment, hunger relief, and financial assistance programs.

Spectrum

Spectrum aids individuals and families affected by autism in Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta, serving over 1,500 families. They provide various resources, including support groups, camps, social skills training, and family events to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Street Grace

Street Grace is dedicated to eradicating the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) by mobilizing community resources. Their initiatives focus on prevention, protection, policy advocacy, and pursuing justice for victims of exploitation.

The Block

The Block fosters genuine connections by serving neighbors in the Buford-Sugar Hill area. They offer food, clothing, and educational resources to support those in need within the community.

The Place

Impact Focus:

The Place aims to assist individuals in Forsyth and Dawson counties with essential needs, promoting self-sustainability. Their services include support for the homeless, youth programs, food and clothing assistance, senior aid, educational development, and financial support.
