This year, we’re asking God to send 270 people on a GO Journey. Will you be one of them?
Joining a GO Journey is more than taking a mission trip—it’s stepping into what God is already doing around the world. These short-term global mission trips are designed to support and strengthen our trusted missionary partners as they serve communities and advance the gospel.
Each team is prayerfully formed, trained, and equipped to serve in meaningful ways—whether through evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, compassion ministry, prayer, or practical skills. You don’t have to be an expert. If you have a willing heart, there’s a place for you.

UBORA Tanzania
Join UBORA on a mission trip to Karansi, Tanzania, and discover what God is doing through a long-term partnership that has been transforming lives for more than two decades. In this vibrant community, you’ll see first-hand the impact of education, discipleship, healthcare, and economic development initiatives supported by Perimeter Church and UBORA Tanzania.
Each trip is designed to immerse you in village life while offering meaningful opportunities to serve, learn, and grow. You may visit your sponsored child and their family, participate in school activities, encourage local teachers, join in community projects, or simply connect with the people of Karansi and reflect on God’s work around you.
You’ll also witness an exciting new chapter: the construction of Ubora’s Leadership STEM High School, created to give students world-class opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math—while grounding them in faith and character.
Come ready to be changed, not only by what you give, but by the joy and resilience you’ll encounter in Karansi.

Global Health Outreach is a short-term international missions ministry of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA). It is dedicated to providing quality healthcare while spreading the gospel by sending medical, dental, and surgical teams around the world.
CMDA welcomes all varieties of healthcare professionals, undergraduate students, graduate school students, non-healthcare servants, and anyone who has a heart to serve Jesus Christ through healthcare missions.
