Aloha Beach Retreat

Join us for an unforgettable Labor Day weekend! This retreat is designed for high school students (grades 9–12) to step away from everyday routines, grow in their relationship with God, and build meaningful friendships in a fun, engaging environment.

Throughout the weekend, students will experience times of worship, teaching, and small group conversations, along with plenty of time to enjoy the beach and connect with others. Our prayer is that students return home encouraged in their faith, more connected in community, and with a clearer sense of who they are in Christ.

Cost

$299. Cost includes a swag item, lodging, bus transportation, and meals throughout the weekend (excluding travel meals on Friday dinner and Monday lunch).

Retreat registration opens May 1 and closes August 1.

Retreat Details

Check-in at the Bricks (Perimeter) at 3 pm on Friday, September 4. (Students may need to be checked out of school early).
We’ll return to Perimeter at approximately 4:30 pm on Monday, September 7.

All transportation and housing are coordinated and supervised by our student ministry staff and trained leaders.

What's Included?

The cost includes a swag item, lodging, bus transportation, and all meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday breakfast.

What should I bring?

  • Bible and journal
  • Beach towel, sunscreen, beach games
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Sleeping bag and pillow
  • Bath towel and toiletries
  • Comfortable, beach-appropriate clothing (including a modest bathing suit)
  • Rain jacket and flashlight
  • Money for Friday dinner and Monday lunch (fast food stops)
  • Optional: spending money for snack shop or souvenirs

Payments & Financial Assistance

After registering and paying the deposit, you will receive a monthly balance notification on the 15th of each month. You may pay in full at any time or make payments over time. The final balance is due on August 15.

If financial assistance is needed, please register and pay the deposit, then complete the Scholarship Assistance Request form.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is after the registration deadline. In a situation where we can fill the spot (may need to be same gender/grade), we will issue a refund.

Dietary Restrictions

The retreat center can accommodate gluten-free meals. Please indicate this during registration. For additional dietary needs (dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.), it is recommended to send supplemental food items.
