Check in at the Bricks (Perimeter) at 3:45 pm on Friday, October 10. We’ll depart at 4:30 pm.
We’ll return to Perimeter at 12:30 pm on Sunday, October 12.
The cost includes a swag item, lodging, bus transportation, and all meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday breakfast.
If you need to make payment arrangements or would like to apply for a scholarship, please register and pay the deposit, then apply for a scholarship. Ccomplete the Scholarship Assistance Request form.
If you wish to bless another student by donating to our retreat scholarship fund, you may do so through our online giving platform. Any amount you are able to give is appreciated! Donations assist our ministry with providing more students the opportunity to attend our retreats. All donations are tax deductible.
Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is after the registration deadline. In a situation where we can fill the spot (may need to be same gender/grade), we will issue a refund.
If your student has any dietary restrictions, we will work with the camp to accommodate them. It is best to send supplementary food items.
