Dear family and friends,

At the start of this year, as news came out and war broke out, God put Ukrainian people on my heart. Every day, as I watched and read the news, the Lord pushed my heart to pray for these people. My heart couldn’t help but hurt as I saw the brokenness of humanity unfold into violence through my television screen. 

The Lord was truly breaking my heart for what broke his so I began to ask the Lord to allow me to serve Ukrainian people, whatever way that would be — prayerfully, through giving, or physically serving. Over the last few months he's shown me that I would get to love these people in all of those ways.

As I share a bit of my heart with you, I also want to share that after a lot of prayer, the Lord has opened a door for me and a team from Perimeter Church to go serve Ukrainian refugees alongside two of our church partners in Warsaw, Poland. During our time there (May 29th-June 12th, 2022) we will be serving as extra hands in feeding, housing, and lifting Ukrainian spirits through the hope of Jesus. 

I am eager that the Lord is allowing me to serve in this way and would love to invite you to join me as our team goes on mission. The first way you can join me is through prayer. I would love (and truly need!) a team of people faithfully praying over this mission. The second way you can join me is financially. We are each responsible in raising $1000 and would love for you to consider giving to this mission. Prayer requests:

-Pray that we would be able to meet the needs of the Ukrainian refugees we'll be serving

-Pray that we would be able to encourage and provide relief to our Polish brothers and sisters as they have served tirelessly the last few months

-Pray that God would use the team headed over there to truly show Jesus to the refugees that we'll be serving 

-Pray against spiritual warfare and protection as our team heads that way
