Dear Friends and Family,

I hope you are doing well and that we can catch up soon, but I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity that God has led me to join. From June 30 thru July 10, I will be serving with a church planting team in Warsaw, Poland. As you may know, Poland has the unfortunate privilege of suffering under Nazi rule during World War II only to be liberated by the Soviet Union. In spite of forty years of Communist oppression, the Polish people clung to their Catholic faith. The country remains proud of its Catholic heritage, but like many places in Europe, genuine faith is on the decline, and many cities lack a single evangelical church. I will be joining a team of church planters from several countries to help establish a new church in the capital and largest city in Poland, Warsaw. In particular, we are focusing on one neighborhood in Western Warsaw that does not have a single evangelical church. We are partnering with local Polish pastors as well as volunteers from all over the world to begin serving this community and hopefully connecting them to the new evangelical church.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would prayerfully consider joining my support team. Prayer, for me, the trip, and my family when I'm gone, would be a huge blessing for everyone involved with the trip, and I'd love to provide regular updates for what our prayer needs are. Additionally, I need to raise $2,400 to cover all the costs of our trip. I would love to speak with every one of you about this trip. It has been a dream of mine for years to serve the church in this area of the world, and I'm excited to see what God does on this trip.
