Dear Friends,

I am heading to East Asia to work with a team of 8 volunteers from Perimeter Church to serve in an orphanage.  We will leave June 12 and will be there approximately 2-1/2 weeks.  I would like to ask you for your prayer support.

We will be providing 24 hour care for 8-10 abandoned children with disabilities.  This is a trip I have longed to take for several years and now God is making it possible for me to go.  

My specific payer requests are that I will be able to endure the flight without too much discomfort.  It is a long trip over.  The first leg of the flight will take 15 hours and then another 2-3 hour flight to arrive at our destination in China.  Also that my physical condition would be good so that I will be effective in my work there.  Most importantly please pray that I will be spiritually ready to serve God to the best of my ability.
