Obituary

Grace R. O’Hara age 94, of Johns Creek, Georgia, peacefully passed away Saturday, July 29th, 2023, at Emory Johns Creek Hospital with members of her loving family by her side.

Service for Grace was held privately on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, at Lauderdale Memorial Park, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Grace was born March 22, 1929, in Flint, Michigan. She was adopted as an infant by loving parents LaVerne and Fannie Robinson, who passed away when Grace was four. She was then raised by her loving aunt and uncle, Grace and Charles Mitchell, who preceded her in death. Also preceding Grace in death was her beloved husband of 31 years, Aubrey T. O’Hara; and her brother, James “Jim” Winslow (Terry).

After growing up in Michigan, Grace moved to Miami, Florida in her early 20s. She worked for Southern Bell, where she met her husband, Aubrey and the two married July 31st, 1954.

Grace moved to Johns Creek, Georgia in 2012, and attended Perimeter Church. She was a deep thinker and prolific reader, and enjoyed traveling, especially to England. She collected dolls throughout her life and loved all things Disney.

She is survived by her three children and their spouses; Mark O’Hara and wife Debbie; Summer Gray and husband Keith; Marci Radosevich and husband Eric; cherished grandchildren, Andrew Gray and wife Cara Grace; Ben Gray; William Gray; and Cara Radosevich; as well as dear friends.
