This is my first retreat!

Welcome! Join us for a First-Time Attendee Reception after the Friday evening session in the Activities Room. Let us know you’re coming here.

Attend the Reception

I'm attending on my own. How can I connect with others?

We’d love to help you connect. If you’re attending the retreat on your own, join Sarah Joseph (Young Adults Ministry) or Robin Vaughn (Welcome Team). They’ll have reserved seating during sessions, plans for Saturday lunch, and opportunities to meet others throughout the weekend.

Email Sarah or Robin to let them know you’re interested.

What about meals and dining options?

Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday)
Breakfast is on your own. The hotel offers several options:

  • Table South Restaurant (full breakfast)

  • Starbucks (expanded food items and staffing)

  • Market Pantry near the front desk (grab-and-go items)

You’re welcome to eat in the Gathering Room, where coffee will be provided. Water bottle filling stations are located in the Convention Center (behind the escalator), and water will also be available in the Gathering Room.

Saturday Dinner
Dinner Saturday evening is provided.

Additional Notes

  • Bring snacks or simple breakfast items if you prefer. Each room includes a refrigerator and coffee maker.

  • If arriving early Friday or planning lunch Saturday, we recommend making reservations in advance. Visit visitchattanooga.com/restaurants or opentable.com for options.

Will there be a book signing?

Jen Oshman will have books available for purchase (card or exact change only) and will sign copies Saturday from 8:45–9:30 pm after the evening session. A curated book table will also be available throughout the weekend to encourage you in your walk with Christ.
