OBITUARY FOR ASHLEIGH

Ashleigh Grace Sanders entered her eternal home on February 2, 2022, at the young age of 33. The last fourteen years of her short life were ravaged by Severe and Persistent Mental Illness that began during her early college years. Though she fought this illness valiantly, its effects had the final earthly say. She deeply cared for the hurting, sought justice where she felt it was lacking, and exuded a heart of compassion and mercy. Ashleigh was known to light up any room with her presence and earned the nickname of “Our Little Sunshine” at three years old. She was born a creative. Visual art was her favorite form of self-expression, and she also loved singing and acting.
