Dear Friends and Family,

I wanted to let you know that I have the opportunity to go to Poland this summer and help serve the refugee families that are coming from Ukraine. Our church has ministry partners already there that have been serving the hundreds of thousands of refugees flooding the area.  Our church is sending multiple teams over the next few months.  I will be going June 30th -July 9th.  We will will be assisting with food prep, organzing and distributing supplies, and housing renovations.  They have asked each of us to raise $1,000 support. Any money raised over that, will go to help other team members meet their goal and then any additional funds will go directly to aid the refugess.  I would greatly appreciate your consideration to support this mission.  

More importantly, I would ask that you would pray for us while we are there serving. Pray that all the teams going over will be safe and stay healthy so that we can be the hands and feet of Jesus to those we get to serve. Pray that our work will be meaningful and that we can help meet some of the practical needs of these displaced families.  Pray that even through the language barrier that these people will feel the love of God through us.  Pray that we can love on them well and that we will have enless energy to serve them.
