My name is Angel.  I came to live with the Hicks family last June.  

I'd like to share with you an exciting opportunity I have to go on a missions trip to Guatemala May 26 -June 2.  We will be spending the week working alongside an in-place medical team serving rural villages and some inner-city sites throughout Guatemala.  The team is comprised of several doctors and a dentist.  Through our efforts, we can take free medical care to remote areas where poverty and logistics do not allow many people to access basic medical care.  Traveling to these villages, we get to see between 70 to 100 people each day and share a little of our lives with them as we serve and care for them.

Here is how you can be involved in my journey too.  I would love for you to pray for me.  I’m a little nervous about going out of the country for the first time.  Please also pray that I will be able to connect with the people we will be providing care to.  Please consider helping me financially as well.  I need to raise $1,850.00.
