Happy Easter and Chag Pesach Sameach (Happy Passover)!

Just a quick update to let you know that God has seen fit to fully fund our GO Journey together. So Mana here we come!
Thank you all for all of your amazingly obedient generosity. 😊

Now it is on to our first training session, set for Sunday, May 5^th. We will have another update for you after that.

For now, please be in prayer that:

1. All of us (including you) will be vigilant, humble and expectant in prayer throughout this entire experience; that we set aside at least a few minutes each day for this purpose, and that we remain alert to what the Spirit is saying (please feel free to email me in this regard whenever you’d like. I know it would be such an encouragement to Ali and me to hear how the Lord is speaking to you.)
2. That we would not be discouraged, but motivated to prayer and action, when trials arise (as we know they will).
3. That we would always be focused on how we can best serve God and others, and to trust that that is where our joy is made complete.
4. That the hearts and minds of the people and students at Mana de Vida will be well-prepared to receive God’s word while we are there.
5. That the new friendships made at Mana will be cultivated for a lifetime in service to His Kingdom.

Thank you again for your faithfulness! We are truly humbled and honored to be embarking on this journey with you.

Dear Team,

This past Sunday, we had our first meeting with Lori Allison, Perimeter\'s Global Outreach Journey and Missionary Coordinator. (Or, as I like to call her, our \"Go Journey Go-To Gal\"). She filled us up with so much great information and tips! We are very excited to put it all into action, as we did not have the benefit of her expertise last time.

We also got to meet several other teams going on GO Journeys this summer to places like Tanzania and South Africa, which was especially fun for Ali. She saw at least two of her school buddies there, who are off on other trips. Oh yeah, and Ali actually won a prize for being the youngest person on any team at the meeting  (copy and paste this link https://photos.app.goo.gl/PvppPF1MDyj28smf8 to see a pic). Not that she really cared much about that...ok, yeah she did. 

Anyway, we are so humbled and amazed at how God has moved so many of you to join our team already. As we\'ve said before, your prayers are so important to us and it is such a great comfort seeing so many mighty prayer warriors on this team already! As Lori, a veteran of many GO Journeys, so eloquently put it at the meeting, \"I know the finances will come in, but only if I have a team of prayer supporters.\" 

Please keep praying that God will continue to show His favor and grace on this first fundraising stage, not only on our team\'s efforts but on everyone\'s, and that our \"team tree\" will continue to bear much more good fruit over the next months, as it has already done.
