A Perimeter Kingdom Investment grant expands healthcare access for Clarkston residents.

January 2026

Ethnē Health, a local nonprofit partner of Perimeter, has received a grant from Kingdom Investments to establish a new full-service pharmacy. The pharmacy will expand access to critical healthcare services for vulnerable communities in Clarkston, Georgia, who face significant healthcare challenges.

Ethnē primarily serves refugees and immigrants from over 40 language groups who now call Clarkston home. Many have endured war, displacement, and poverty before arriving in the United States. Today, they face ongoing challenges such as language barriers, lack of insurance, limited transportation, and difficulty navigating a complex and expensive healthcare system.

At times, the consequences of these barriers can be life-threatening. After struggling with serious symptoms despite regular clinic visits elsewhere, one patient came to Ethnē and was found to be taking double her prescribed blood pressure medication due to a language misunderstanding. Because Ethnē provided care in her language, her treatment was corrected, likely saving her life.

By offering affordable medications on-site, along with instructions in patients’ preferred languages, the pharmacy will reduce barriers that often prevent patients from following treatment plans. This initiative ensures that more individuals can receive timely, life-saving medications while experiencing care marked by dignity and compassion.

Beyond physical care, Ethnē’s work remains deeply rooted in a Gospel-centered mission. Through compassionate support, prayer, and relationships, the organization seeks to advance Jesus’ love and justice in its vibrant community.

One volunteer said, “Ethnē is a place where I can truly see the love and truth of Jesus Christ being shared. It has been a blessing for me to witness God’s compassion in action.”
