This grant request is for the renovation of the newly purchased building into a functioning church facility.

Hope, Inc’s mission is to help low-income single parents complete their college degrees by offering rent & childcare assistance, financial training, counseling, and social services. This grant is to fund Hope 2.0, which will fuel the expansion of Hope’s proven model. The increase will allow them to support 4x their current volume.

Hope Thru Soap (HTS), Inc, is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and youth experiencing homelessness across Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. They are best known for their mobile outreach and shower program. This grant request is to provide essential furnishings (beds, dressers, and basic living items) at Crest Pointe Village, an affordable transitional housing community in Gwinnett County serving 18-24 year-olds experiencing homelessness – especially those aging out of foster care.

Fully Furnished Ministries’ mission is living and sharing the gospel through the gift of furniture. This grant request is to replace three of their box trucks.

Lifeline Children’s Services is a holistic ministry that ultimately desires to partner with the church to care for vulnerable women, families, and children. They serve women and men in unplanned pregnancies, orphaned and vulnerable children locally and across the world, and families during the journey of adoption. This grant was to help fund the “Your Families Count” and “Heritage Builders” programs.

Mothers Advocacy Project’s overall goal is to break the intergenerational cycle of maltreatment and trauma in women-led families through its mission to support families with evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions, creating long-term stability and advocating for healthy families, one mom at a time. This grant is to help fund its initiative to expand its capacity by establishing a Therapeutic Training Center, which will train treatment teams to implement the Trauma Assimilation and Social Stability (TASS) model in additional locations through partnerships with other nonprofit counseling programs.

This grant is to fund the engagement of Research Consultants to help NCM develop monitoring and evaluation systems for three to their current. NCM’s primary intent is to improve current program monitoring and to help measure NCM’s impact on clients short-term and long-term.

Pathways2Life (P2L) is a prevention agency focusing on youth and young adult mental wellness through education, brief intervention, and support services in Fulton County, GA. P2L provides innovative strategies to assess, facilitate, train, and intervene so individuals and communities can discover and reach their full potential. This grant helps expand their Connect Campus program to five school campuses.

Connect Campus is a trauma-informed, whole-community strategy to shift school climate, reduce isolation, and build the connections that protect youth mental health.
